B screw jam nut:

M4 standard nut.

 18 2.0 Blue Loctite 242 Hand feel is OK for the jam nut torque. The jam nut is used to lock the screw in place. Threadlocking compound is helpful but not critical. If no nut is used, we recommended to apply threadlocking compound for nearly every adjustment.

Limit screws:

M3 x 12mm socket head.

Boiled Linseed Oil

 Ideally, this should be soft and re-usable so limit screws do not move during use. 

Mounting bolt:

Custom 7075-T6 bolt with M10 thread.

Bolt for  T-Hanger attachment:

Custom 7075-T6 bolt with M17 left hand thread.

 160 18.0 Grease Left hand thread direction. To tighten, rotate counter clock wise. If using a SRAM UDH hanger, follow the SRAM specification (25 N-m).

Pivot screws:

M3 x 30mm (3x) and 40mm (1x) socket head.

 

Pivot screw lock nuts:

M3 lock nuts with metal locking clip (DIN980M type).

 8 0.9 Red Loctite 277 or 263 Threads must be cleaned with degreaser followed by isopropyl alcohol after installing the bushings with grease. The metal locknut should not be worn out. Do not use a nut with a plastic insert - it will loosen. The goal is to create a rigid bond that will not loosen. Higher torque is not better for this fastener.

Cam attachment screws:

M3 x 10mm flat head.

 4 0.45 Blue Loctite 242 Do not over torque, it will damage the cam.

Cable pinch screw:

M5 x 8mm torx button head.
