We stand behind rebuilt derailleurs just the same as new ones with our Stoke Guarantee. 

We have developed specialized procedures and tools to refurbish and test derailleurs professionally. After we are done, they may have some visible blemishes from their prior life, but they function and perform as good as brand new units.

This circular model is an integral part of our business. It helps us reduce waste and take care of customers in a variety of situations including warranty, crash damage, and upgrades.
