What to Expect
To get started, purchase this deposit, print out the shipping label, and mail it in. We will communicate with you by email through the entire process. We will inspect and ensure that all issues are addressed, and that you have access to any updates or configuration changes you may want.
Since we are riders too, we always put the customer first and do our best to make sure you get the best value and performance. Our aim it so make this process clear, easy, quick and fun, with an awesomely refreshed Jab at the end!
Pricing
Deposit: $19 (covers shipping both ways).
Labor: Because you own a Jab, its free!
Parts: We try to re-use parts when possible, but if new ones are needed, you can see the costs here. We do not charge for small off-the-shelf parts.
Trade-In: In some cases (like extreme crash damage), we might recommend a new or refurbished replacement derailleur. We will offer a trade-in value for your old one, which depends on the value of the trade-in parts.
How long does it take?
Below are typical estimates (excluding weekends). If you have a tight timeline, please email us in advance to confirm that we can support your needs before shipping your derailleur in. We can usually handle special situations.
