What to Expect

To get started, purchase this deposit, print out the shipping label, and send it in. When we receive it, we will communicate with you by email.

We will inspect and ensure that all issues are addressed, and that you have access to any updates or configuration changes you may want.

Since we are riders too, we always put the customer first and do our best to make sure you get the best value and performance. Our aim it so make this process clear, easy, quick and fun, with an awesomely refreshed Jab at the end!

Pricing

• Deposit: $19 (covers shipping both ways).
  
• Labor: Because you own a Jab, its free!
• Parts: We inspect and replace any parts that impair the shifting or performance. You can see replacement part costs here.
  
• Upgrades / Changes: We communicate by email before rebuilding so we know exactly what you want us to do.
• Trade-In: In some cases (like extreme crash damage), we might recommend a new or refurbished replacement derailleur. We will offer a trade-in value for your old one, which depends on the value of the trade-in parts.
  

How long does it take?

• Shipping to Madrone: 3-7 days depending on your location.
• Rebuild, communication, invoicing/payment : 2-3 days.
• Return shipping: 3-7 days depending on your location.
