With Madrone's parts and highly experienced and specialized service, we guarantee as-new shifting performance!
Madrone will replace any parts required for 100% shifting function at a predictable flat rate. Scratched or faded (but straight and functional parts) will not be replaced.
Each rebuilt derailleur is checked for shift quality on a bike before they ship out. When you get your derailleur back, please follow this guide.
Available for US customers only. The initial deposit covers shipping both directions. After you place your deposit, we will email you a shipping label to print, package your derailleur, and ship it to us.
Pricing Breakdown
Initial deposit: $18 (covers shipping both ways).
Flat rate for parts and labor: $85 (regardless of parts or time required).
Upgrades, configuration changes, and cosmetic replacements: Cost depends on parts required. We will communicate closely with you through the process.
How long does it take?
Below are typical estimates. In rare cases, delays can occur with the rebuild, shipping, or communications. If you have a tight deadline, please email before placing your shipping deposit and we will be happy to make special accommodations. The only times we cannot accommodate faster shipping and turnaround is when we are travelling and not in Oregon.
