Part Manufacturing

Our parts are made in Dongguan China at a manufacturer called "GY" for short. The Madrone machining projects are led by Lewis, also known as "Rocket Man", who loves coffee and LeBron James.

GY has a decades long history delivering high quality parts to a company that Aaron previously worked for. So when it came time to launch Madrone, we already had the relationship and understanding of how to work with them well established.

They have high tech CNC machining, injection molding, die casting, and tool-making processes in house. They have excellent communication, quality, and logistics management.

GY inspects and ships individual parts to Madrone in Oregon USA, where we, assemble and check derailleurs, kit products, and ship orders to our customers all over the world.
