US Shipping

We currently offer just one shipping option for the US (ground). We use UPS and USPS depending on the faster and more reliable option for each order.

We have flat rates for US shipping that are based on 1 link kit, regardless of the order size. Thus, you will get a better shipping deal if you order more.

We do not recommend ordering just super shims because the flat rate shipping is not a great deal. For this reason, we post the specs of the super shims on the product page so you can also source the parts individually from other sources.

If you have a special shipping request such as faster shipping or the lowest cost for just super shims, you can email us at support@madronecycles.com.

Please make sure your address is complete and correct when you place your order. Its is frustrating for both parties when a shipment doesn't show up and has address issues. Incorrect addresses are submitted on a surprising number of orders, and our Shopify system generates shipping labels based on the exact entry from the order. It only takes a few moments to double check it, and is well worth the time. Look for things like missing apartment numbers, typos, street numbers mixed up, incorrect zip codes, etc.
